Registration opens for summer edition of Las Vega Market

LAS VEGAS – The registration desk for retail buyers, interior designers and other industry professionals for the summer 2023 edition of the Las Vegas Market is now open. The twice-yearly furniture, giftware and décor trade event will be held at the World Trade Center here form July 30 to August 3.

“Resource growth across gift and furnishings make an already exciting Las Vegas Market even more compelling for top buyers and sellers,” Bob Maricich, chief executive officer of International Market Centers (IMC), the event’s owner and operator, said in a statement. “With expanded exploration, exciting programming and events staged in a world-class destination, Las Vegas Market is a must-attend event for connection, inspiration and entertainment this summer.”

Thousands of lines to discover
According to the organizers, some 3,500 gift, décor and furnishings lines are set to showcase trendsetting new product in hundreds of permanent showrooms and temporary exhibits across four buildings on the World Market Center campus.

A look at the plaza in front of the World Market Center, home to the twice-yearly Las Vegas Market. The summer edition opens for its normal five-day run on July 30. The permanent showroom collection in Buildings A, B and C adds new resources in branded presentations and sales agencies. In home décor and furnishings new brands like Najarian and Acme lead updates to a comprehensive collection offered on 30 floors in Buildings A, B & C. In gift, significant expansions by west coast sales agencies including Fine Lines, Road Runners, Sales Producers and Stephen Young bring more total lifestyle product to some seven floors in Building C.

A double handful or so Canadian companies have permanent showrooms in the World Market Center, including Sunpan, Decor Rest, Bellini Modern Home, Cannabeds, Mobital and LH Imports, among others.

Augmenting the showroom souring are two temporary exhibit destinations. The Gift and Home Temporaries fill the Expo at World Market Center Las Vegas with hundreds of brands in six categories: Design, Gift, Immediate Delivery (Cash & Carry) Handmade, Home and Luxe. Some 30-plus furnishings temporaries on B2 add to the furnishings resources.

Engaging programming
Las Vegas Market entertains and educates with a series of in-person seminars, award celebrations, events, interactive experiences and more in Summer 2023. Trends take center stage through its First Look seminar, tour and display as well as the Ahead of the Curve panel of forward-thinking designers and a discussion of color with Sherwin-Williams. A robust business education schedule includes topics on marketing, merchandising, innovative retailing and more.

Later this summer, an all-new edition of the Preview guide will aid buyers in planning for their visit to market with product information and articles about trends, business advice and more. For Summer 2023, permanent showrooms (Buildings A, B & C) will be open Sunday, July 30 to Wednesday, August 2 from 9am to 6pm, and Thursday, August 3 from 9 am to 4pm.

The Gift & Home Temporaries are open Sunday, July 30 to Tuesday, August 1 from 9am to 6pm, and Wednesday, August 2 from 9am to 4pm.

Home Furnishings Temporaries (Building B, Floor 2) are open Sunday, July 30 to Wednesday, August 2 from 9am to 6pm and Thursday, August 3 from 9am to 2pm.
