Kitchen+Bath expo coming to Toronto this November
TORONTO – The first ever Kitchen+Bath Canada (KBC), a new business-to-business trade event for the kitchen, bath and lighting segment will be held in Hall D of the Toronto Congress Centre here on 11 and 12 November 2020.
Organised by Expo Hut, a Mississauga, Ontario-based trade show organiser, the event will showcase the latest products and trends in kitchen and bath fixtures and furniture, cabinets, home automation, plumbing, floor coverings and lighting fixtures, among others.
“The entire kitchen and bath industry will gather under one roof providing traders and buyers with the ideal platform to conduct business, network, share market insights,” show director Nasser Deeb told Home Goods Online. “With the growing demand for kitchen and bath products and services in the Canadian market, KBC 2020 promises manufacturers, service suppliers and other Canadian industry professionals the chance to access untapped business opportunities through various methods and channels.”
In a prospectus to potential exhibitors, the organisers said they believe the market for these products and services is currently valued at some $4 billion annually – and is expected to grow substantially over the next five years.
The show’s potential audience includes home improvement retailers; furniture and home furnishings retailers; architects and interior designers as well as contractors and other building specialists.
Currently, the organisers anticipate hosting more than 150 exhibitors and over 4,500 qualified buyers from Canada and the United States for the two-day event. They also expect to attract attendees from countries such as Italy, Spain, Turkey, Portugal and India.
Deeb also said KBC will also have a conference program, with content that will address issues and trends impacting the kitchen and bath industry here in Canada and from global perspectives.
The event maintains a web site at kbcexpo.com. It is not believed to be associated with the Kitchen/Bath Industry Show (KBIS), which will be held in Las Vegas from 21 to 23 January 2020.
