IDS Toronto returns as in-person event next April
TORONTO – The organizers of the Interior Design Show (IDS) have announced next year’s event here will be in-person as will its companion in Vancouver. It will run from April 7 to 10, 2022 in the South Building of the Metro Toronto Convention Centre here.
IDS Vancouver will run from September 22 to 25, 2022 at the Vancouver Convention Centre.
In a statement, Informa Canada, the event’s organizers said IDS Toronto will serve as the launch for its 2022 series of events and that the new spring dates were chosen in conjunction with key stakeholders in the industry. The theme will be New Futures – with branding by Sali Tabacchi design studio – will reflect Canadian design within a global context and be a catalyst for new ideas, new solutions and new expression.
Over the past year, the IDS team hosted a series of micro-offsite events and virtual seminars to facilitate connections year-round. IDS plans to continue to offer these throughout the year with both the Toronto and Vancouver events.
