Aralex gets nod to rep Vutec in Canada PDF Print E-mail
Written by (PR)
COQUITLAM, British Columbia - Vutec Corp., a Pompano Beach, Florida-based manufacturer of video projection screens, announced late last week Aralex Acoustics, based here, has been appointed its Canadian distributor. Aralex will now represent all of Vutec's products here, including Vutec and VisionX video projection screens, ArtScreen, and other audio/video products.

"Aralex is a dynamic company," stated Kevin R. Baisley, vice president of sales and marketing at Vutec in the news release. "They bring an in-depth understanding of an industry and technology that has been transformed from filmstrips, overheads and slides to today's high performance video projectors, screens, and control systems. We are very happy to have them aboard and we are confident that they are an excellent choice for representing Vutec in Canada."

"Vutec is a video projection screen innovator with several patented and patent-pending technologies including SilverStar, Retracta-Vu and Vu-Flex Pro screen systems," said Doug Alexander, president of Aralex. "For flat panels both ArtScreen and the new DecoFrame products offer dealers a profitable add-on opportunity. Our unique business arrangement will ensure a high level of dealer and end user service, great margin potential and superior order turn-around time for the custom install and independent specialist channels."

Aralex Acoustics maintains a web site at www.aralex.com.

Noah Tepperman, vice president of Tepperman’s in Windsor, Ontario, is seen here serving customers at the drive-through window at a local McDonald’s fast food outlet recently. He was taking part in a fundraising drive to benefit Transition to Betterness, a local group that focuses on improving patients’ surrounding in local hospitals. The event raised about $26,000. The four-unit, family owned and operated full-line furniture retailer supports a number of community initiatives each year as well as the Canadian Scholarship Trust Fund and the United Way.
