| Tepperman promotes Negad to VP operations |

WINDSOR, Ontario (05 October 2012) - Tepperman's Furniture had promoted Masoud Negad to vice president of operations and supply chain, a new position for the family owned and operated company. In this role, Negad will join Tepperman's executive team and will have responsibility for supply chain, logistics, warehousing and home delivery for the four-unit furniture, mattress, appliance and electronics merchant. ![]() Masoud Negrad In 1995, Negad advanced to the role of appliance and electronics buyer, taking on the additional responsibilities of director of supply chain in 2011. He earned his Master of Business Administration degree in 2005. In a statement, company president Andrew Tepperman said Negad brings a number of strengths to the senior leadership team including analytics, problem solving, leadership, a strong regard for the Tepperman's mission, vision and values as well as a passion for the business. "I'm extremely pleased that Tepperman's was able to fill this new position from within our existing team of talented leaders," he continued, adding, "We're very proud of Masoud's accomplishments. With this addition to our executive team, we're the strongest we've ever been and our retailing future becomes that much more exciting." The 87-year old retailer also operates three Bargain Annex locations. |
