HIGH POINT, North Carolina (15 December 2011) - Bermex Group will rename the building it purchased here earlier this year as its new showroom facility The Factory. The company intends to have the facility open in time for the spring 2012 edition of the High Point Market. Located at 400 West English Road, the 95,000 square foot building was known as the Adams-Millis Hosiery Mill. The Louiseville, Quebec-based Bermex, which acquired the building this past July, said the previous owner has already taken substantial steps to renovate and restore the building in keep with its original architecture - a process it is continuing. All ten Bermex brands will have space in the new building: Bermex, Bertanie, Dinec, Midi, Jaymar, Jaymar Mattress, Shermag, Liinz, Dezmo as well as the new D-10 Collection. "Our goal is to use The Factory's history, simplistic beauty and natural resources, along with creative trendy design ideas of today to create a unique stage for our products that has never been seen before," Bermex vice president of marketing Nancy Villemure said in a statement. The spring 2012 edition of the High Point Market will be held from April 21 to 26. ![]() An interior view of recently renamed The Factory in High Point, North Carolina.
