HIGH POINT, North Carolina - Sphinx by Oriental Weavers will close its High Point showroom, currently located in the International Home Furnishings Center, later this month, according to a company news release.
Sphinx will continue to exhibit at several shows across the country, including the upcoming Surfaces and Las Vegas World Market events being held next month in Las Vegas. The company also has showrooms at the AmericasMart in Atlanta, Georgia; and The Textile Building in New York. Founded in 1991, Dalton, Georgia-based Oriental Weavers USA, Inc. is a division of Oriental Weavers Group, a multi-national collection of companies formed in the 1970s that is headquartered in Cairo, Egypt. Oriental Weavers USA, manufactures rugs and broadloom carpeting in Dalton, Georgia. Brands include Sphinx by Oriental Weavers and Oriental Weavers of America. |
